Cameron James is pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation close to Yeadon for a Health and Safety Manager.

This unique role which is set in a unique environment has arisen due to this organisation`s continued growth and as Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of services for the business and its customer base.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will take overall responsibility for reviewing, initiating and driven all aspects of Health and Safety and Occupational Health. This is a ‘hands on` role covering many divisions within the organisation.

Key responsibilities to include:

• Reviewing and implementing the H&S Strategy
• Provide H&S advice to include risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments
• Ensure H&S systems are in place and in accordance with legislation and best practise
• Monitor H&S performance and produce reports and implement suggestions
• Coach and mentor staff and manage the business partners of the organisation, ensuring cohesive compliance.

You will be NEBOSH qualified and hold experience of working with Occupational Health. Ideally you will have work for large scale organisations and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
