Description
A well known client of mine based in Central London within the Food and Hospitality sector are looking to bring on an established L&D Manager. You will be looking after a portfolio of 15 sites including Burger bars, Chicken Shop, Pizza shops, Café, Michelin star restaurants and Motels.

This company is a fun, trendy group, born out of a private member club. They need someone who is keen and an experienced Learning and development manager to take our Learning and Development strategy to the next level.
You will:
Be responsible for the design and delivery of all learning and training initiatives across the brands. Including creating effective L&D programmes, on boardings and people plans helping them to ensure effective succession planning. You will be able to take part in creating a roll out programme of learning with a focus on E-learning platforms
The kind of person we`re looking for:
• At least 3 years` experience within a people related function, within hospitality or a similar background : ESSENTIAL TO HAVE WORKED IN HOSPITALITY, RESTAURANT OR SIMILAR!
• Passionate people person
• Experience of coaching
• Independent and self-motivated
• Ability to question and challenge the status quo
• Can demonstrate implementation of a talent strategy and people plans
• Direct experience in rolling out learning and development programmes on a large scale
• Direct experience with e-learning platforms and initiates
• Generalist HR Admin experience
