Cameron James are pleased to be partnering with a leading employer in Huddersfield to recruit for a HR Advisor with a focus Learning and Development and Recruitment.

Its an exciting time to join this business, with new HR projects in the pipeline. One key project will involve launching a new e-learning platform. And as this will be your specialism, you will take responsibility for supporting the new employee`s induction journey, alongside delivering additional induction and system training.

In addition, you will also support the recruitment activities which will include managing the company`s current vacancies, to include Graduate recruitment. Supporting the business with candidate attraction and selection.

In addition, you will also support your colleagues from time to time with ER case management, report generation, HR transactional support when needs be, and most importantly bring new ideas to ensure a collaborative working environment at all times.
