Working in partnership with a reputable Stockbroker in Altrincham I am currently recruiting for an Investments Administrator to join their smaller, experienced support team.

As an Investments Administrator you will provide complete back office support to the Investment Manager and ensure that high quality work is produced and an excellent service is provided to their clients.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Process in line with regulatory deadlines, in particular, CASS and TCF
• Place trades online
• Book Foreign Exchange trades
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Complete timely inputs of all trading contracts and maintenance of records



The successful Investments Administrator must have either provided similar support within an Investment Manager, Stockbroker or Wealth Management business.
