Job Information

As an Operations Coordinator you will provide support to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of core processes.

The role will include:

• Supervise the client review and client servicing processes for the group, liaising with our Data Analyst and monitoring and communicating with Advisers and Directors as required to ensure the KPI for client reviews is met.
• Assist the Head of Operations, Operations Support Manager and Operations team in process mapping, process review, and the roll out of new processes and procedures across the group.
• Work with the Head of Operations and Operations Support Manager to develop consistent use of Intelligent Office, aiding in training and support and dealing with queries as required.
• Step up into a Team Leader / first line supervisory role as required.
• To assist in other key business projects as required by the Operations Support Manager

An Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous experience within Financial Services (working within IFA practices)
• Knowledge of using Intelligent Office is preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Previous team leader experience is preferred but not essential.
• Planning and organisational skills
• Attention to detail when producing data, reports or other analysis.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 (Although negotiable dependent upon experience).
