Cameron James is working in partnership with one of West Yorkshire`s leading independent Insurance Brokers in recruiting a Commercial Account Executive position.

Our client, a very well established and well-respected brokerage with access to all the key markets is looking for a strong commercial broker, ideally with an existing portfolio of clients, to join an already highly successful team. You will be joining a business that impressive growth plans in place for the future and a willingness to reward staff who can play a key part in driving income forward.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive Commercial insurance service to clients
• Develop an initial and ongoing knowledge and understanding of customer requirements, and ensure these are met at all times
• Offer advice and guidance on risk management issues
• To maintain appropriate, regular contact with existing customers, to ensure their insurance requirements are met

Key competencies:

• Previous commercial broking experience
• Ideally, Dip CII qualified or above
• Experience of using the Acturis platform
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
