We are working on an exclusive basis with a well-established and growing catering company, who are looking to recruit a keen and ambitious HR Administrator.

Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will involve all aspects of day to day HR Administration, providing HR support to c300 employees across various sites. The role holds excellent opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility - so this is a really good career role within HR. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Working as part of a team of 2 within HR, providing HR support to c300 employees
• Assist the HR director with the day to day administrative HR tasks
• Supporting the Training and Recruitment manager
• Administering, updating and maintaining HR personnel files
• Assist with the administration and coordination of recruitment activity
• Dealing with HR queries from employees
• Assist with on boarding and induction processes
• Note taking and attendance at grievance, disciplinary and capability hearings
• Assist with the administration of training programmes
• Understand and promote Company Vision & Values, focusing on strong Customer Service
• Involved with HR projects

For this role candidates will need to have proven HR administration experience and ideally have started CIPD Qualification.

Candidates will need to have strong communication skills and be confident dealing with employees across the business. It is essential that you can work on your own initiative and be confident working in a busy and fast paced environment.
