Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Location: Hull

Contract: Permanent

I am really excited to have recently partnered up with a well know organisation that are looking for a HRBP. This role is perfect for a candidate that love hands on HR. You will be joining a proactive and Busy HR team.

Main Duties:

• Provide generalist HR support and advice on a wide range of issues including recruitment, employment legislation, performance management and the implementation and application of policies
• Participate in the conduct and preparation of disciplinary/grievance investigations and meetings.
• Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives and systems and work proactively to continually improve the quality and timeliness of HR departmental processes
• Support and contribute towards general HR department activities as required
• Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and projects as required
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager
• Maintain expertise by continually developing and building knowledge and skills
