Salary : Up to 35k DOE, bonus and flexible benefits

A truly Independent Insurance Brokers based in Oxford is looking for an experienced Broker/Account Handler to join their team. Over the coming years this brokerage has plans to grow and diversify, therefore they are looking for an individual to join the team that has the ambition and drive to grow along with the business.

They have a proven track record of excellent customer service leading to an industry leading retention rate. The successful candidate will not only have the technical expertise to handle cross class business, with premiums up to £100k, but will be able to continue this legacy of customer service.

You will work on your own book of business, be responsible for your own clients, including local, national and global businesses` with the autonomy to manage your own diary. This is an exciting proposition that if you wish, has the opportunity to develop into a fully-fledged Executive role in the future.
