IFA Administrator Vacancy, Bolton, up to £25,000, 12 Month FTC (Maternity cover). Role available from July. 37.5 hours per week, pension scheme (5% employer, 3% employee), death in service (3x salary), 22 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, structured personal development, regular social events.

Working in partnership with a reputable Financial Planners in Bolton I am currently recruiting for a IFA Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

As an IFA Administrator you will join the smaller friendly support team and provide the Financial Planners with all Client Servicing and Business Processing administration/support work. You will ensure that high quality work is produced and an excellent service is provided to their clients.

Duties will include but will not be limited to;

• Processing Business
• Valuations
• Quotations
• ISA and Pension Transfers/Switches
• Issuing Letters of Authority
• Preparing and Maintaining Client Files

The successful IFA Administrator must have either provided similar support within a Financial Planning company.
