Cameron James is delighted to be partnering with a staunchly independent Wetherby based brokerage who is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their team.

My client is very open to considering either an established Account Executive who is seeking greater autonomy or an ambitious Account Handler with an aptitude for developing new business who has the ambition to develop into an Account Executive position. You will have full responsibility for building and maintaining a book of commercial business. As the brokerage in question is a relatively small, recently established business, you will ideally be comfortable generating your own pipeline of business.

In return, my client is offering the potential to grow with the business and become a director and shareholder in the long term.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new business.
• Making outbound calls.
• Self-Generating leads.
• Attending client visits
• Cross-selling to our existing clients.
• Taking inbound calls.
• Dealing and servicing internet enquiries.

Key competencies:

• A grounding in commercial insurance
• A lively, outgoing personality
• Experience of using the Acturis trading platform would be highly desirable
• Cert CII or a willingness to work towards
