People Assistant Manager Vacancy : £33,000 Salary - Sheffield City Centre - 22 Days Holiday (Increasing by 1 per year) - Flexible Benefits Scheme : Pension Contribution (Auto-Enrolment) : Study Support Towards Industry Relevant Qualifications.

The main purpose of the role is to support and help develop the people around you. You will work in partnership with other managers, foster excellent relations, provide advice, support and guidance to their teams. You will be pro-active and understand departmental challenges, how these will impact the team, and work in collaboration resolve any queries that arise.

Duties will include;

• Completing performance reviews
• Conduct one to one meetings with team members
• Conduct attendance meetings
• Training of staff
• Approve holiday requests
• Conduct performance meetings
