Our Busy Financial Services Organisation require an Operations Director to run a financial services intermediary business on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities are wide-ranging and include:-

Your main responsibilities will include

• Directly managing all non-advising staff
• Organising and maintaining the office premises and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Producing management information for the Board of Directors as required
• Auditing and ensuring that the agreed client and service propositions are being fully delivered and implemented

Compliance

• Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements, reviewing and updating procedures.

IT

• Ensuring that all client records, electronic or paper based, are maintained and updated to a high standard

HR

• Reviewing and developing procedures to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient manner Managing the recruitment and induction process for all staff so as to ensure that only appropriately qualified and experienced staff fill the required roles
