My client is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Adviser/Broker to join his successful IFA in North London.

My client is a successful Financial Adviser who is offering a fantastic opportunity to make some very good money and help grow the business.

• £30 : 40k basic (OTE £80k +)
• Leads provided to the value of over £400k a year (renewal and new business leads : existing clients)
• Progression to shareholder/partner for the right candidate
• Opportunity to develop the mortgage arm of the business and potential to build your own team
• Flexible working

My client is keen to speak to experienced advisers who aren`t afraid to pick up the phone and bring in business. You will need to be proactive and organised to jump on renewals and hot leads.
