Job Information

My client, an Accountancy Practice based in Leeds, are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Main duties:

• Managing own portfolio of clients
• Preparing management and year-end accounts
• Completion of Self-Assessment Tax Returns/VAT Returns
• Meeting statutory deadlines for VAT, Payroll, Statutory Accounts, Company and Self-Assessment Tax Returns.
• Liaising with HMRC
• Taking on and managing new clients.
• Dealing with complex enquiries from clients
• Supporting / coaching junior team members

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified ACCA /CIMA or ACA
• Prior practice experience
• Proficient with Excel
