Customer Service Sales Administrator

I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for the position
of Customer Services/Sales Administrator, where you will be joining a well-established company, specialising in an international luxury brand in ladieswear. This is an immediate start to join an excellent team, based within their head offices in Sheffield.

The key purpose of this role is to interact with customers throughout the UK & Ireland, driving excellent customer service by listening and responding to customers’ needs. Within this position you will work closely with the Sales Executives and Credit Control team assigned to your geographical area.  You will be required to undertake the processing of orders, credit notes and returns, along with the administration of mail shots and complaints.

 

Your Key Accountabilities will be to:

  • Respond to customer’s requests promptly in a professional, polite and friendly manner.
  • Strive to meet the departments KPI’s
  • Build and maintain business relationship with customers
  • Ensure orders are processed promptly and accurately
  • Advise customers of stock availability and product information
  • Proactive in maintaining outstanding orders, contacting and advising customers, cancel orders if necessary and confirm in writing
  • Responsible for producing welcome pack for new customers opening an account
  • Ensure that reported faulty garment complaints are valid before accepting return, raise Return Authorisation, post and packaging and send out to the customer
  • Coordinate credit for faulty goods with letter to customer
  • Ensure ordering shortage report is maintained
  • Assist with mail outs or e-mailing of communications to customers
  • Provide general office support for designated Sales Representatives
  • Liaise with Credit Control on financial issues and requests
  • Liaise with Warehouse on despatch issues and requests
  • Regular housekeeping of orders and documentation
  • Assist with the Info@ mailbox
  • Assist with E-Commerce customer enquiries, issues & complaints

 

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks and duties, providing information that may be required from time to time by other members of the sales and marketing team.
  • Comply with all company procedures and instructions.
  • Maintain and improve computer literacy and overall written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company health and safety policy.
  • To assist the teams input with the factory shop
  • To provide reception cover on a rota
  • To attend the in-house ‘fit school’ to gain product knowledge
