Financial Services Administrator Vacancy – Sale - £21,000-£24,000 – 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays – Discretionary bonus – Opportunities to progress and for study supportI’m working with a Financial Advisers in Sale and as part of the firm’s continued growth they are looking for an Administrator to work alongside their Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
The role will involve:
- • Taking incoming calls and managing the central mailbox
- • Checking incoming case submissions for missing information
- • Liaise with IFAs and Schemes to obtain missing information
- • Preparing invoices for new cases
- • Providing weekly management information and maintaining the database
- • Allocating cases and co-ordinating workflow for the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers
- • Maintaining client files in line with company guidelines
- • Sending LOAs
- • Processing transfer applications
- • Proof reading and sending Suitability Report to clients

The successful Client Services Administrator will have provided similar support within a Financial Planning company or have an excellent knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension schemes.
