Financial Services Administrator Vacancy – Sale - £21,000-£24,000 – 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays – Discretionary bonus – Opportunities to progress and for study support

I’m working with a Financial Advisers in Sale and as part of the firm’s continued growth they are looking for an Administrator to work alongside their Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.

The role will involve:
  •                   Taking incoming calls and managing the central mailbox
  •                   Checking incoming case submissions for missing information
  •                   Liaise with IFAs and Schemes to obtain missing information
  •                   Preparing invoices for new cases
  •                   Providing weekly management information and maintaining the database
  •                   Allocating cases and co-ordinating workflow for the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers
  •                   Maintaining client files in line with company guidelines
  •                   Sending LOAs
  •                   Processing transfer applications
  •                   Proof reading and sending Suitability Report to clients

The successful Client Services Administrator will have provided similar support within a Financial Planning company or have an excellent knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension schemes.
