Client Support Manager – Manchester IFA Practice - £30,000 to £35,000

A Manchester City Centre based Independent Financial Advisers are seeking a new Client Support Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Review Manager you will be responsible for the day to day oversight and management of the Client Support Team.

Day to day duties will include:

  •                  To act as first point of contact for queries, manage workloads within the team and identify training needs and areas for continuous improvement.
  •                  To hold regular one to one meetings with individuals and conduct the annual appraisal for your team.


In addition, the successful Client Support Manager will also perform the usual duties of a Senior Client Support role and therefore should be confident and have experience of:

  •                  Acting as a point of contact for clients
  •                  Obtaining all pre-sale documentation including quotations etc
  •                  Product and Fund Research
  •                  Collating information from product providers on clients existing arrangements
  •                  Preparing client review documentation/valuation reports
  •                  Processing new business applications
  •                  Processing switches, surrenders, withdrawals & servicing requests
  •                  General administration and office duties
  •                  Updating and managing the client database

To be successful you will have experience of working within an IFA practice, writing suitability reports, be Level 4 Diploma qualified (Or working towards) and have experience of managing/supervising others.
