Our client a Major UK provider of Finance in the Commercial and residential Property Sector are now due to continue growth looking to add a Senior Bridging Loan / Development Finance Underwriter who wants to join this successful business.

Established over 30 years our client specialises in Loans from 100k – 6M and they are looking for a Senior Bridging Loan Development Finance Underwriter who has the ability to look at each individual case on its own merits and is able to assess the potential risks, rather than taking a “tick-box” approach

Requirements for the position: -

·         You Will have at least 5 years recent experience in the bridging loans / Development Finance sector.

·         You will be responsible for assessing and underwriting bridging loan applications Underwriting complex regulated bridging loan applications within company lending criteria.

·         Assist the Team and offer advice to fellow Underwriters

·         You must have Bridging Underwriting and Development Finance Experience

·         Manual Underwriting Experience is required
