Job Information

Working in partnership with a leading utility service provider based in Sheffield I am currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on a full-time temporary basis until the end of March 2021.  This role is an immediate start and will be based on-site at the client’s premises with all social distancing and safety measures in place and regularly checked.
 
As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for:
 
·        Preparing and producing construction project packs ensuring all information is accurate, including utility map searches.
·        Uploading project packs onto the in-house system.
·        Working on MS Excel to produce accurate work packs.
·        Providing admin support and meeting deadlines, including the printing of packs.
·        Other admin duties that may be required across the business.
 
The successful candidate should have:
 
·        Previous experience of working in a busy office admin role, including data entry.
·        Strong initiative to be able to manage themselves and ensure all deadlines are met.
·        Good IT skills in all MS Packages, in particular MS Excel.
·        Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
·        Previous experience of working with a utility service provider would be an advantage.
·        Full training will be given on the in-house systems.
 
In return you will receive an hourly pay rate of £9 - £10 depending on experience along with free parking on site and an immediate start.
