Working in partnership with a successful and growing consultancy company we are currently recruiting for a HR Services Manager to join their very successful team in Leeds. You will be responsible for running the HR services for the company and leading a small team so you should already be experienced in a HR Generalist role as well as having some team management experience.
 
As the HR Services Manager you will be required to:
 
·        Be responsible for day-to-day HR queries from across the business.
·        Oversee the companies HR services and ensure all correct processes are followed.
·        Take responsibility for the recruitment process of onboarding all new employees/contractors and ensure all admin is completed for starters and leavers.
·        Manage a small team of HR administrators – setting clear performance targets and opportunities for development.
·        Keep HR information, both databases and paper files, up to date and accurate.
·        Ensure all ETW and other related paperwork is correct for all new starters and information is consistently tracked and monitored to ensure 100% compliance.
·        Work closely with other department such as finance and payroll.
·        Provide regular MI and business updates to the Senior Management Team
 
The successful candidate should have:
 
·        Ideally be CIPD qualified or hold a relevant HR degree.
·        Previous experience within a HR Generalist role along with experience of managing a team.
·        Understand how to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
·        A clear understanding of the compliance required for all employees, new starters, or contractors and how to consistently track this.
·        Experience in working both on your own and as part of a team.
·        Be self-motivated to complete your own workload and meet multiple deadlines through strong organisation skills.
 
In return you will receive a salary of circa £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 25days annual leave, flexible working, discretionary annual bonus, 5% contributory pension scheme plus many more benefits.  This role is working from home following current government guidelines and will primarily remain home based thereafter with just one day per week in the office.
