Our client, an established and highly regarded Financial Advisory firm, are currently looking to recruit a Mortgage Broker consultant to work at their brand new offices in Watford which they moved into earlier last year. There is parking at the office. The role can be home based for the time being during the lockdown period or indeed as there are only skeleton staff in the office you can work safely in the offices.

The role is predominantly New Build business and you will grow strong relationships with clients. This is a whole of market position. Fundamentally you will sell the mortgage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, expert full mortgage advice to clients on a daily basis.
• Service a first class client base delivering excellent customer service.
• Build long-term relationships with your clients.
• Build long-term relationships internally
• Provide independent guidance on mortgages and mortgage-associated products.
• Regularly hit targets and exceed those targets.

Skills:

• Full CeMap qualification
• The ability to be resourceful and compliant
• Be adept at dealing with high volumes of business.

This is an employed position with a realistic first year OTE of £60000 possibly higher.
Basic salary negotiable DOE
