Job Information

 Our Clients are a successful, boutique, firm of Financial Advisors based in the Hertfordshire, Watford. Due to expansion require a Senior Administrator who is able to conduct these duties.

- Entering new business including all file documentation onto the back office

- Providing valuations and portfolio reports

- Liaising with clients as required by e-mail or by phone 

- Completing and submitting application forms to providers and chasing these through to completion

- Provide support to the rest of the back office team where required

- Answering the office phones when others are away from their desk

- Meeting and greeting clients that visit the office

- Making new business and review phone appointments for advisers

- Reports for advisers based on the client’s needs, objectives and attitude to risk

The ideal candidate will have:

- competent with the Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- comfortable and happy working in team based environment

- pleasant and competent telephone manner

- a desire to gain or increase knowledge of financial services through taking relevant qualifications

- Knowledge of financial services products and the FCA regulatory regime

- Capable of delivering against a detailed set of production and compliance targets

- An understanding of the Intelligent Office back office system

- Familiarity with modern Wraps and in particular AXA Elevate

- Familiarity with tools such as Selecta pension, Paraplanning online, Avelo and Financial Express Analytics

Salary £25,000 to £33,000 DOE and Qualifications
