Financial Planning Administrator. Salary £19,000-£21,000. 25 Days Holiday +Bank Holidays. 4x Death in Service. Discretionary Bonus. Part office part home working after induction/initial training.


A Chartered Financial Planning firm in Stoke are seeking a new Financial Services Administrator to join the existing support team. The role is new one and has become available due to
business growth which has resulted in an increase in workload.


The aim of the role is to ease the pressure on the existing Administrators and Paraplanners and ensure that all new and ongoing client review meeting packs are prepared correctly and are ready for each review.


Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  •                  Obtaining accurate policy information and valuations from a variety of provider platforms and across all a general pensions and investment products
  •                  Producing fund comparison reports using FE Analytics
  •                  Producing client letters
  •                  Ensuring all regulatory paperwork is present and correct including LOA’s, AML documents, risk questionnaires and fact finds
  •                  Updating and Maintaining back office systems
  •                  Managing your own workload in accordance with the Advisers diaries
  •                  Assisting in any other administration duties as required to help your colleagues

 

Further information including package:

 

  • ·        Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish time within core hours of 8am to 6pm
  • ·        £19,000-£21,000 Starting Salary
