Our highly regarded and award winning Private Client Wealth Management firm, based in Henley on Thames are recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator.Role Overview
The role of the Financial Planning Administrator is to provide high quality technical administration and analytical support to the Financial Planners and the Client Services Manager. You will act as the initial point of contact for client queries as well as liaising with product providers managing and developing the administration and review process to ensure a first class service is provided to internal and external parties. Your work will cover Investments, Pension and Protection planning. You will be responsible for processing and monitoring complex business, both new and existing. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where progression is strongly supported.
Skills/Experience sought
❖ At least two years Financial Services experience working within an IFA environment
❖ Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Pensions, Investments & Protection
❖ Excellent administration & organisational skills with strong attention to detail
❖ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
❖ Strong computing skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
❖ Knowledge of other financial software such as Finametrica, FE Analytics, CashCalc, Assureweb would be beneficial
❖ Experience dealing with high net worth and Ultra HNW clients would be advantageous
Salary Negotiable dependant on experience and FS qualifications.
