Job Information

We are working with a global manufacturing and retail business who are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the business ASAP.
 
This role is a temporary / contract position for 5 months, although may be extended. It is an immediate need, so candidates must be able to start on short notice.
 
Supporting the HR Manager, the role will be involved with all areas of generalist HR, assisting with the delivery of an effective HR service to the business. Key duties will include;
 
-Dealing with HR queries from field based employees
-Updating and improving the HR system
-Processing starters and leavers
-Assisting with recruitment
-Reviewing and updating effective HR processors
-Note taking on HR meetings, sending out letters and contracts, taking references and new starter checks
-Supporting on the full employee life cycle
-All HR administration and supporting the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven HR administration experience and holds a proactive and can-do attitude.
 
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential, with strong HR systems experience.
