Working in partnership with a well-established firm based in West Yorkshire we are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join the very successful HR Team based at their Head Office and working from home on an ongoing temporary basis.
 
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a fantastic team providing a high-quality HR service to c150 employees across 4 sites. The role would suit an experienced HR Administrator or Assistant with a strong background within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
 
Your responsibilities in the role would be:
 
·        Oversee all administration related to general ER queries, including maternity/paternity leave, holidays and sickness whilst ensuring accurate details are kept.
·        Provide day to day support to the HR team and the wider business.
·        Collate monthly spreadsheets with relevant MI that is required.
·        Generate ideas for improvements to the employee experience and ensure employee wellbeing with regular calls/meets when required.
·        Travel to the other offices to build relationships across all employees in the company.
·        Liaise directly with the partners, so an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior level employees is required.
 
The successful candidate should have:
 
·        Proven experience in a HR admin role
·        Ideally be CIPD qualified or qualified by experience within a HR function.
·        The ability to perform under pressure and be able to prioritise your own workload whilst supporting your team.
·        Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
 
In return you will receive an equivalent full-time salary of £18,000 - £23,000 per annum (£10-£13 per hour) depending on your experience.  The role is full time, working 34 hours per week and offers flexibility to work from home as well as the office.
