Working in partnership with a well-established firm based in Halifax we are currently recruiting for a highly talented and extremely organised Internal Recruiter to join their very successful teamThe company are continuing to grow so they are looking for someone to manage all the recruitment across the business. You should have strong organisational skills and previous experience either in internal recruitment within a commercial environment or running a commercial desk in an agency.
 
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a fantastic team and lead the company recruitment plans and processes.
 
Your responsibilities in the role would be:
 
·        Managing the whole recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates, to the on boarding of new employees.
·        To become an expert in the required markets and be knowledgeable about competitors and key players.
·        Take responsibility for driving new recruitment campaigns utilising all candidate attraction methods and monitor the success of each campaign across the different areas.
·        Liaise with all the business units on their recruitment needs and become familiar with the recruitment environment in each business/department.
·        Partnering with functional managers to take ownership of ensuring you are resourcing to plan.
·        Work with line managers to ensure retention of new employees and factors that could be affecting this.
·        Ensure the onboarding and induction process is consistent throughout the business and candidates have a good experience.
·        Oversee all recruitment administration, including advertising roles, arranging of interviews, drafting offer letters, contracts, regret after interview letters.
·        Working closely with the human resources team, contributing ideas towards training, benefits, etc.
·        Ensure all candidate data is kept in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
 
The successful candidate should have:
 
·        Previous experience either in an internal recruitment role or have recruited within the commercial sector at an agency.
·        Have previous experience of utilising and developing proven candidate attraction methods.
·        Be commercially astute and professional.
·        Have engaging communication skills, both over the telephone and face to face.
·        Be excellent with prioritising tasks and time management.
·        Lead from the front whilst being a team player with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
·        Be proficient with MS packages.
 
In return you will receive a salary of up to £34,000 per annum, depending on your experience, along with 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 4% employer contribution pension, life assurance and access to Health Care Cash Plans and Season Ticket loans.
The role is full time, working 34 hours per week and can offer flexibility to work from home as well as the office.
