An Independent Financial Advisers in Manchester are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator. The purpose of the role is to work alongside and support the existing support team, provide full support to the Advisers in respect of all client servicing and business processing tasks, and ensure the client receives the best possible service.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

• •                 Being first point of contact for all clients.
• •                 Providing an excellent level of administrative support to the IFAs
• •                 Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email
• •                 Issuing and chasing client Letters of Authority to providers and collating once received
• •                 Processing and monitoring new investments and pensions business using a variety of 3rd party provider platforms
• •                 Producing valuations of a client’s portfolios
• •                 Maintaining client records, ensuring valuations are scheduled, assisting clients with initial enquires

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Death in Service and PHI cover 
• Discretionary annual bonus
• 5% employer pension contribution
