Working in partnership with a well-established professional services firm, we are currently recruiting for a highly talented and extremely organised Recruitment Consultant to join their very successful teamThe company are continuing to grow so they are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter who can manage end to end recruitment preferably with experience within the legal or professional services sector.  This role can be based at either Leeds, Halifax or Manchester and some travel will be required.
 
Your responsibilities in the role would be:
 
·        Managing the whole recruitment process for business support and technical staff
·        To become an expert in the required markets and be knowledgeable about competitors and key players.
·        Take responsibility for developing and implementing strategies for candidate attraction.
·        Liaise with all hiring managers on their recruitment needs and facilitate role brief meetings.
·        Writing job profiles and job adverts for use in direct sourcing, on job boards and social media
·        Run and attend candidate assessments, job fairs, university career days etc.
·        Ensure the onboarding and induction process is consistent throughout the business and candidates have a good experience.
·        Oversee all recruitment administration, including advertising roles, arranging of interviews, drafting offer letters, contracts, regret after interview letters.
·        Working closely with the human resources team, contributing ideas towards improving hiring methods and reducing time to hire.
·        Ensure all candidate data is kept in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
 
The successful candidate should have:
 
·        Previous experience either in an internal recruitment role or have recruited within the professional sector at an agency.
·        The ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, team structures and growth plans to allow you to create a hiring plan.
·        Have previous experience of utilising and developing proven candidate attraction methods.
·        Be commercially astute and professional.
·        Have engaging communication skills, both over the telephone and face to face.
·        Be comfortable working on a high volume of roles at one time and be excellent with prioritising tasks and time management.
·        Be proactive and be able to demonstrate taking initiative.
·        Be proficient with MS packages.
 
In return you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on your experience, along with 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 4% employer contribution pension, life assurance and access to Health Care Cash Plans and Season Ticket loans.
The role is full time, working 34 hours per week and can offer flexibility to work from home as well as the office.
