Employee Benefits Consultant – Manchester - £40,000 to £50,000 +Bonus +Benefits


An Independent Financial Advisers in Manchester are seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to add to the existing Team of EB Consultants and Support Staff. The main purpose of the role is to retain and develop the existing client base, generate new enquiries and provide expertise in all areas of Employee Benefits including Pensions, Group Risk, Medical and Health Plans, Communication and Employee Engagement.


Details and package:

• ·        £40,000 to £50,000 starting salary
• ·        35 hours per week

Tasks:

• ·        Provide Corporate advice to clients in all areas of Employee Benefits – Pension, Group Risk, Medical and Health Plans, Communication and Employee Engagement
• ·        Work closely with professional Introducers
• ·        Build and maintain successful relationships with their current Corporate clients
• ·        Develop good working relationships with the EB Administrators and help build their knowledge
• ·        Business Development / Assist Department Growth

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience giving Corporate Avdice in the areas mentioned and will have the GR1 (Or equivalent) qualification.
