Client Support Administrator. Manchester City Centre. Salary £23,000 to £25,000.A Chartered Independent Financial Advisers in Manchester is seeking a new Client Support Administrator. The purpose of the role is to work alongside the existing support team and provide direct support to the company’s Financial Advisers.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- • Being first point of contact for all clients.
- • Providing an excellent level of administrative support to the IFAs
- • Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email
- • Issuing and chasing client Letters of Authority to providers and collating once received
- • Processing and monitoring new investments and pensions business using a variety of 3rd party provider platforms
- • Producing valuations of a client’s portfolios
- • Conducting product and fund research
- • Writing suitability letters
- • Maintaining accurate client records
