Working in partnership with a recently established, well capitalised, innovative, and dynamic business, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their very successful team in North Yorkshire.  You will manage all aspects of people management, from ER through to recruitment, development and cultural change providing HR support on all aspects of HR to the business. 
 
The HR Business Partner will be the primary point of contact for all complex HR issues and will also support the Head of People Management by leading companywide projects to ensure a proactive HR service and the delivery of a strong HR strategy.
 
As the HRBP you will be required to:
 
·        Take responsibility for all core ER processes within your area, supporting and coaching managers at every level in core procedures including disciplinary, grievance and absence.
·        Management and development of the company probation and performance management systems.
·        Support in the design and delivery of the company HR strategy, supporting managers to drive an end-to-end process.
·        Supporting the creation and management of the company’s talent management plan in collaboration with the Head of People Management and the wider HRBP Team.
·        Support in the evolution of the HR services, leading projects on occasion.
·        Act as the main point of contact for all new managers joining the business to ensure they understand the core HR processes and procedures.
·        Work with the managers across the business to manage performance concerns, development opportunities and recruitment needs.
·        Support in the production and analysis of MI for the company leadership team.
·        Partner the leadership team to drive employee engagement and well-being through initiative schemes, Occupational Health and health and benefit programmes.
 
The successful candidate should:
 
·        Be CIPD qualified and have significant experience as a HR Advisor or Business Partner in a generalist role.
·        Have strong ER knowledge and skills.
·        Ideally have experience in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
·        Have experience of leading and coaching managers in change management process.
·        Have experience of recruiting at all levels of an organisation.
·        Line management experience would be advantageous.
·        Be able to work in a fast paced, evolving business with a positive can-do attitude.
·        Be results focussed with an ability to manage own projects as well as working collaboratively with others.
·        Be a strong communicator with excellent IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
 
 
In return you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.  The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week, which is primarily office based with one day working from home each week.  The company also offer free parking on site, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 5% matched pension contribution plus much more.
