Working in partnership with a leading Health & Safety, HR, and Training provider we are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join their very successful team in Lincolnshire.  You will deliver guidance and support to thousands of clients across the country and across all industries so you should be able to build relationships quickly and be confident in both your HR and Employment Law knowledge.
 
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
 
·        You should be an individual who genuinely loves dealing with a range of different stakeholders from different businesses and helping them manage HR within their organisation with a common-sense approach.
·        You should be able to build relationships quickly, listening to the stakeholder needs and help them to move past whatever issues they have, before providing practical solutions
·        Provide HR/Employment law advice over the phone or via email to a wide range of clients, providing the most up to date and accurate advice on a range of HR / Employment Law topics.
·        Chair formal meetings on behalf of clients - such as investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievance meetings, appeals etc.
·        Compile formal policies and procedures, Statements of Main Terms & Conditions of Employment and Employee Handbooks for clients
·        Assist with the preparation of letters and other documentation for disciplinary, grievances etc.
·        Liaise with Solicitors / ACAS on behalf of the client if required.
 
The successful candidate should:
 
·        Have a strong track record of operating in a generalist HR role with experience in employee relations and employment law.
·        Ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
·        Experience and confidence in providing HR advice and support to a range of different businesses.
·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst always maintaining accuracy.
·        Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and professional HR issues
·        Have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your approach to the development of documentation for clients.
·        Be driven and have customer service at the forefront of what you do.
·        Good interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
 
In return you will receive a salary of circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, healthcare scheme and corporate perks such as discounted gym membership, cinema tickets plus more. The role is office based with some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.  Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
