The role will have responsibility for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish and suporting the business with their recruitment needs. Key duties will include;

 

-Managing c30 active roles at anyone time, including IT, back office, marketing roles - Web Design, Content, Analysis, Software Development, Customer Service, Marketing executives etc

-Review, streamline and implement effective recritment processors

-Taking and writing job specifications

-Candidate attraction, Sourcing and screening CV’s, advertising roles and managing applicants

-Screening calls to candidates, conducting 1st stage interviews and sending on-line tests.

-Organsing face to face interviews, taking feedback and liaison with line managers

-Managing recruitment activities and updating all relevant spreadsheets

-Managing and coordinating training and development courses

-Generating offer letters, taking references, and preparing new starter packs

-Organising IT for new starters and supporting with the on-boarding process

-Co-ordinating training courses and maintaining the training tracker

For this role candidates will need to hold strong recruitment experience - either internal or agency and have experience recruiting IT, Gaming or Marketing positions.

 

This is a demanding role within a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and hold strong organisation skills. You will need to have highly developed communication skills both written and verbal and be used to communicating with staff at all levels within the business.
