Financial Planning Administrator Vacancy. St Helens. Salary £22,000 to £24,000.

 

An Independent Financial Advisers in St Helens is seeking a new Financial Planning Administrator. The purpose of the role is to work alongside the existing support team and provide direct support to the company’s Independent Financial Advisers.

 

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • ·        Preparing the meeting pack including gathering valuations and checking all regulatory paperwork on the file is valid and all in date
  • ·        Processing the post meeting paperwork, updating Factfinds, scanning the documents and sending LOAs
  • ·        Gathering information for the paraplanners from the providers in order for them to write their recommendation or review reports
  • ·        Processing new business for investments, pensions, trust and protection cases
  • ·        Maintaining of the back office systems and management of day to day activities
  • ·        Dealing with client queries both over the phone and email
