Advice Support Team Leader Vacancy. Manchester City Centre. Salary £24,000 to £26,000.

 

An Independent Financial Advisers in Manchester City Centre is seeking a new Advice Support Team Leader. The purpose of the role is to lead a team of Advice Support Administrators ensuring that all administration functions are carried out in accordance with compliance requirements, company procedures and quality standards.

  

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

 

People Management

  • ·        Highly enthusiastic with strong leadership skills.   
  • ·        Identify and provide training and support to team members
  • ·        Develop individual development plans and objectives
  • ·        Assist QA and Workflow Manager with workflow requirements to ensure cases are dealt with on a timely basis
  • ·        Assist QA and Workflow Manager with QA requirements. Assisting in the completion of QA tasks when required.
  • ·        Carry out regular one to one reviews with team members
  • ·        Prepare regular reports and attend weekly service review performance meeting with Operations Director
  • ·        Assist Operations Director with recruitment selection

 

Technical

  • ·        Good knowledge of prevailing database used by the company. Using MI reports to drive the business forward.
  • ·        Complete administration procedures meeting compliance and quality requirements
  • ·        Provide or arrange support to team members in procedures – internal and providers
  • ·        Be a point of reference for more technical queries both internally and externally

                   

Personal Development

 

  • ·        Attend regular provider training sessions to ensure platform processes and knowledge is current
  • ·        Ensure maintenance of competence by constantly reviewing own training needs and, in conjunction with Line Manager addressing those needs in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • ·        Take on additional responsibilities where deemed suitable by senior management
