Job Information

We are working with an established environmental services business and they are actively recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the business.
 
Reporting into the Head of HR the role will work as part of a busy HR team, focusing on providing a high-quality generalist HR service to the business. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Be the first point of contact for HR related queries
-Responsible for the day-to-day management of Employee life cycle documentation and processes
-Compiling HR reports and spreadsheets
-Assist in the recruitment and selection process, liaising with line Managers, recruitment agencies and job boards
-Providing HR administrative support to managers in the business and the HR team
-Set up and maintain personnel filing systems and database
-Liaison with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate transfer of information
-Any ad-hoc HR activities

For this role candidates will need to hold a grounding within generalist HR Administration and ideally be studying towards CIPD.
 
Strong administration skills, with good MS Office and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential. The role will offer excellent scope to take on more responsibility, so flexibility and willingness to learn are also required.
