• ·                  Part office, part home based e.g. 2 days in the office and 3 at home, or similar 
• ·                  37.5 hour working week, office hours 9am-5.30pm but flexible within reason
• ·                  25 days holiday (3 to be used for the Christmas shut down) plus bank holidays. An additional day is awarded after 5, 10 and 15 years’ service.
• ·                  Option to join the health care scheme
• ·                  PHI cover at 50% of salary if unable to work due to illness or injury which is payable after 13 weeks of absence up to state pension age
• ·                  Death in service at a rate of 4x salary
• ·                  Company pension scheme – Company will match 5% contribution
• ·                  Exam support

When successful you will be working with a very reputable Independent Financial Advisers in Stockport. You’ll be supporting their Consultants by researching and analysing client needs and objectives, produce a financial plan and prepare the suitability reports.

You will need paraplanning experience and some industry relevant exam passes to be considered. The more experience and qualifications the higher you can expect to achieve within the banding.
