Job Information

Our Clients are Pension Transfer specialists who require an additional IFA Admin member of the team to provide administrative support to the advisers and wider team

Set up and maintain client files ensuring all data is correctly saved and all communications are saved to provide a robust audit trail

Issue and chase information requests to a clients existing product provider

Collate information received from providers ready for the paraplanner to review

Liaise with clients to obtain completed client documents and client information

Sending LOAs

Assist with the servicing of existing clients, including producing portfolio valuations and producing client annual review packs

Skills/ Experience

Ideally confident in the use of IO and provider platforms

Good communications skills

Team player and also able to work on own initiative

Well organised with sharp attention to detail

Confident in the use of IO, FE Analytics

Must have the ability to stay calm and focused whilst working in a high-pressure environment

As the role is home based the candidate must have a designated place of work which is away from home life distractions where the candidate can make confidential calls.

Working hours – Monday to Friday – 25 hours per week with the flexibility of working additional hours as and when the business needs require.

Salary £25k to £28k per annum dependent on experience.
