Relevant skills and knowledge

• Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred) • Report writing experience and an ability to translate adviser completed file notes into highly tailored written documents to be issued to the client. • Knowledge of the broad processes (including required ‘compliant’ paperwork) for: o Client annual suitability assessments o Writing new business reports • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the firm’s compliance procedures including record keeping requirements (after training) • Dealing with clients in a compliant manner as detailed within the firm’s compliance manual and procedures • Ability to speak to clients and providers in a professional manner
