Job Information

We are assisting a growing events and hospitality business and they are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join their business based in South London.
 
Reporting into the Head of HR the role will be responsible for managing the recruitment function and ensuring effective recruitment processors, policies and procedures are in place to support the development of teams and growth of the business. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection functions across all multiple site
-Managing full 360 recruitment for c50-70 roles per tear, including interviewing, assessment, devising selection processes, drafting job descriptions, advertisements and offer letters
-Review, recommend and support on the implementation of an effective ATS recruitment system for the business.
-Supporting on the on-boarding process including coordinating reference checks, pre-employment medicals, visas and work permits.
-Working in partnership with local learning institutions to engage interns and organise work experience.
-Ensuring that recruitment and selection procedures and practice meet operational needs, legislative and good practice requirements.
-Placing advertisements on selected hosts and plan and coordinate open days.
-Conducting initial screening of CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
-Working with managers to develop the recruitment process, including interview guidelines and a standard questionnaire to establish whether the non-negotiable skills and experience have been demonstrated by the applicant.
-Ensuring that all job descriptions and organisational charts are in place and remain current and accurate.
-Advertise and manage new roles internally and update the company careers webpage on a regular basis
-Manage the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that these are complete, accurate and up to date.
-Conduct exit interviews and complete the leaver process.
-Manage compliance with the Data Protection Act with respect to the storage of, access to and destruction of personal data.
 
For this role it is essential that candidates have proven recruitment experience - either agency or internal recruitment and be confident managing a busy recruitment function for a growing business. Ideally candidates will have hospitality or events industry experience, although this is not essential.
 
As the role will work autonomously, it is essential that candidates are self-motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business. Excellent communication skills and a confident, personable nature are essential.
