systems – someone who knows Intelligent Office (IO / Intelliflo) plus usual Microsoft 365 would be ideal, but otherwise someone who can learn quickly, is motivated, positive, enthusiastic and can just get stuck in to help a small yet successful and growing business. They would ideally like someone local (5 miles) as most of the employees are local and do a lot in the community (networking, talks, events…)

Option to likely work from home one day per week, or a portion of time upon agreement (likely confirmed after 6 months probation). Provided with laptop, security apps, phone system app for free calls on wifi, but would expect the individual to undertake reasonable steps to ensure their home working situation is safe (e.g. physical posture), secure and professional. Exact working hours would need to be discussed, but most team members are 9am – 4.30/5pm, or a variant (e.g. 9.30 – 2.30am if part time). It could suit someone who has other commitments, but could be motivated between say 9am – 3pm…
