Job Information

Our IFA clients have been established for 10 years offering financial advice on Pensions, Investments and Mortgages.  There are 14 Advisers (including the 3 Partners).

They are a small IFA in the City of London, based near the Tower of London.

They require a new business administrator. They offer flexible working in terms of some days at home and some in the office. (for the time being)

Duties:

·         Send letter of authority (LOA) to providers and request policy information

·         Communicate with providers by e mail, letter or telephone

·         Deal with incoming and outgoing post

·         Scan incoming post and forward to the relevant party in a timely manner

·      Proactively chase providers to ensure that they has been received by the provider and that all relevant policy information is received and given to the appropriate person/team

·         Check and input protection applications via the provider’s website; chase/follow up doctors for progress of medical reports etc; keep adviser informed at all times

·         Follow up /chase New Business by contacting the relevant provider; inform the adviser of progress and keep the adviser informed at all times

·         Chase advisers for outstanding Trust documents and liaise with client if required

·         Stationary stock take
