Job Information

We are assisting an established HNW Wealth Management firm with the recruitment of an experienced Sales Support Administrator.
 
Reporting into the Directors, the role will involve supporting Advisors and Paraplanners with all financial services administration, back-office system and processors. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Supporting 2 HNW Independent Financial Advisors across whole of market products, mainly pensions and investments
-Provide comprehensive financial services administration
-Assist with organising and managing diaries, meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with telephone queries
-Managing an efficient back-office system and processors
-Create and assisting with maintaining client files
-Assisting with the production of client documentation and valuations
-Preparing meeting packs for new and existing clients
-Supporting the Paraplanning team with administration and support
-Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including mail merges and client correspondence
-Ensuring that the filing system is maintained
-Office administration including preparing meeting rooms, ordering stationery and general smooth running of the office
-Updating and reviewing excel spreadsheets
-Comply with the relevant compliance, TCF, T&C, financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times

For this role candidates will ideally have proven experience within financial services and have good knowledge across pension and investment products (SIPPS, ISA etc). Alternatively experienced administrators from similar professional services sectors may be considered.
 
It is essential that candidates have strong communication skills - both verbal and written and have good analytical and numerical skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative is essential.
 
The role will be mainly office based, so candidates must be confident working independently when the senior team are out on client meetings.
