Our client has over 50 years of Experience of Servicing Corporate clients and HNW Private clients and now has an opportunity for a candidate to join them in serving and handling SME and Commercial Business

Trading in the Westminster area in Corporate Premises close to all transport links

If you have 4 -5  years’ experience in SME and Commercial Business and are looking for the next step in your career this is the position for you

• To service our existing portfolio of clients from initial enquiry through to policy issue, with ongoing support
• To provide technical expertise and advice as required
• Cross class commercial Experience required – Property. Real Estate and Financial Lines
• To maintain and improve the high levels of business retention

Key responsibilities

·         Client Care

·         Provide a professional, friendly, helpful and informative service

·         Provide prompt response to client requests and queries

·            Work Management

·         Prioritise daily workload with the ability to meet tight deadlines

·         Deal with incoming telephone calls

·         Maintain a daily diary system

·          Team Work

·         To play a constructive role within the SME & Commercial Team

·         To adopt a flexible working relationship with Account Executives

·         To be able to work independently acting on your own initiative

·         Risk Management

·         To be proactive in preventing Errors and Omissions situations    

Person Specification

The successful applicant will need demonstrable experience of SME/ Commercial Business  with either a Broker or Insurance Company. Specific experience Financial Lines – Professional Indemnity, D&O & Cyber

An appropriate level of technical expertise is required, along with a desire to continually improve skills and experience within a challenging environment.
