Our client is a leading UK based specialist marine and Energy Brokers handling risks on an international Bases – specifically South America and Mexico

Due to continued growth of the Business, they are now looking for a Commercial Insurance Account handler to join the team.  This is a position where you would be working from Home 5 days a week.

The Business has access to all International Insurance and Reinsurance Markets including Lloyds of London   

Requirements for the Account Handler position

·         Understand all of the client’s general insurance needs across Commercial classes including Marine and Energy and Property (desirable) 

·         Present the options back to your client and close the deal

·         Previous premium exposure to range from £500 to £20,000 is advantageous

·         Ability to communicate with Underwriters and clients on a daily basis and building strong   relationships.

·         Experience in dealing with Slips, endorsements for the London market

·         Meeting and exceeding monthly targets, renewal administration, preparation of    presentations to insurers, negotiating premiums with underwriters and clients, processing adjustments, and preparing client reports and other documentation.

·         Spanish speaking desirable but not essential
