We are assisting a growing technology business with the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Specialist / In-House Recruiter / Internal Recruiter This is a new and exciting role and they are looking to recruit ASAP.
 
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the role will be responsible for managing recruitment for the UK and International / EMEA offices. The role would manage all areas of recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding, focusing on the full recruitment cycle and building critical skill pipelines. Key duties and responsibilities would include;
 
Manage and improve the full cycle recruitment process for jobs around the globe, including drafting role descriptions, job ads, pre-screening, interviewing, managing the offer process and on-boarding
Sourcing and hiring for around 12-20 roles for the business from IT, Sales, Account Managers, Software developers, back office and management roles.
Supporting hiring managers and other stakeholders through the recruitment process and also managing expectations / providing consultancy to ensure a timely pipeline of candidates relevant to each vacancy.
Ensure applicants and candidates’ expectations are met and that they experience an exceptional, consistent, and compliant experience, including those candidates they don’t hire!
Enhance and train key stakeholders on high-quality screening and selection process
Build a strong talent pipeline, identifying internal and external talent and recruiting through various channels – advertising, recommendation, head-hunting etc
Engage and manage positive relationships with recruitment agencies
Own the employee referral programme, providing appropriate tools and support to staff to make the referral process, professional and straightforward.
Utilising resources available, create and execute innovative Employer Brand strategy;
Attend both in-person and virtual career fairs to attract candidates.
Act as the social media “Brand Ambassador”; Manage the employer brand through effective social media, including Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and their career page.
Research and develop content for various industry employer/culture awards.
Acquire, report, and leverage competitive intelligence for hard to fill roles.
Play an active role in building company culture through the organization of social networking events
Serve as a subject matter expert in local job markets, interpreting trends and compensation packages.
Create and manage post-secondary recruitment initiatives (co-ops, interns, career fairs and scholarship initiatives).
Support the HRBP with HR duties as and when required.
 
Candidates will need to have proven experience at this level and be an experienced in-house recruiter, ideally across both UK and EMEA markets.
 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to consult and put new ideas forward with key stakeholders. This is a busy role and candidates will need to manage their own activities and make the role their own. There is great scope to develop and progress within the business, and hard work will be recognised.
