We are assisting an established serviced based organisation and they are recruiting for a Senior HR Manager to join the business ASAP.
 
The role would report into and act as a No2 to the HR Director, managing all HR operations and supporting c140 employees both UK and International across all areas of HR. In addition to leading on operational HR, the role will also support the HR Director on a range of strategic objectives, including implementing the HR strategic plan and working on a number of HR projects. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Report into the HR Director, managing the HR Coordinator and supporting 140 employees across the UK (100), Europe and Middle East (40 combined)
-Being the point of contact for all operational HR, including HR policies and procedures, HR Systems, Learning & Development, Pay and Benefits / Reward, Inductions, Employee Relations and Performance Management etc.
-Assisting the HR Director with implementation of the HR strategic plan and deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
-Working on a number of HR projects, including implementation of a new Learning management system, key Company Transformation project, Salary, Comp& Bens review and Employee Well-being.
-Supporting, advising, and coaching managers on HR policies, procedures, ER matters and performance management
-Own and develop the company induction process, including liaison with new starters and managers to produce individual plans, new starter packs and check-lists
-Work with the senior leadership team and line managers to upskill, assist and advise them in carrying out their responsibilities on all HR matters.
-In conjunction with the leadership team, lead on the annual review, preparation, and administration of the performance management system (including salary benchmarking and awards)
-Analyse and present on HR metrics, making recommendations to the leadership team that align to the business strategy.
-Provide advice and support for the effective management of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence
-Learning and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams; Implementing the Learning and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
-Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law and that managers are up to date with changes to any policies
-Salary benchmarking using in-house tools and playing a significant role in the annual salary review and bonus award program

For this role it essential that candidates have proven experience at this level and be CIPD Qualified (ideally Level 7). It is essential that candidates have experience of supporting both UK and International employees.
 
Candidates will need to be able to come in and hit the ground running, as the HR Director is moving into a purely strategic role and all operational HR will be managed by the Senior HR Manager. There is excellent scope to take on more responsibility and progress within the business.
