 Our Clients are a digital communications company for schools, parents and teachers based in Leicester. 

They require an internal Recruiter/Acquisitions Partner to join the team. This is a Hybrid role. 

• Experience of recruiting and headhunting
• An existing network of professionals who we’d like to talk to
• A good understanding of HR – specifically in relation to recruitment of new people
• An ability to keep track of a VERY fast paced workload
• Good project management skills
• An understanding of headcount budgets and the ability to keep track of who can spend what!
• Work with recruiting line managers to identify vacancies
• Advertise vacancies and manage
• Proactively support all recruiting managers and directors to source great people for their team
• Maintain a strong and active presence on LinkedIn
• Actively and approach identify potential targets for headhunting in conjunction with line managers
• Work with the HR Director to secure successful candidates swiftly to ensure we appoint the best people
• Onboard candidates in a positive way – this includes organising DBS and reference checks and organising inductions.
• Work with the Data Protection Officer to ensure all your work will comply with GDPR
